January 1954 was the last day of regular passenger trains on
the railway. 32678 Knowle, along with 32655 Stepney
featured on trains that day, and with the lieu day for New Year’s
Day on Bank Holiday Monday, it is hoped to mark the occasion
with a very special train

avenues are being pursued to finance steaming, including the
possibility of some after-dark photography at Tenterden Town,
but basically we need people to participate by registering an
interest without delay. It is some years since No.10 Sutton/32650
worked a one-coach and it is this we wish to re-create
